ALL GLORIES TO SRI GURU AND GAURANGA!

My dear GBC Godbrothers,

Please accept my humble obeisances in the dust of your feet. All glories to Srila Prabhupada. I received the enclosed letter from His Divine Grace and a cover letter from Harikesa Swami which explained that Nitai was preaching some nonsense Mayavadi philosophy and was influencing devotees at Krishna-Balarama Mandir by his preaching. He apparently also wrote some nonsense farewell Letter to: Srila Prabhupada and Harikesa Swami reports that Prabhupada’s comment in this regard was, “He has been kicked out by Krishna.”

Harikesa Swami goes on to say, “The same day Nitai’s farewell letter arrived came a teller from Pusta Krishna Swami with his ’official resignation’ and I may tell you that Srila Prabhupada’s health is not at all good but he has said that these insincere men are now being kicked out by Krishna so that they may speak and do all nonsense outside and not affect the society. More and more, the theme is surrender to the bona fide guru without any speculation or ulterior motive. We have to somehow become strong to overcome the waves of Maya … this movement is the only hope for humanity and all around the soldiers are falling, and Srila Prabhupada is simply saying that his business is to speak about Krishna and teach us whatever we need to know. If we don’t want it then we go to hell; what can he do? We go to hell and speak all our nonsense there.” According to Harikesa Swami, Srila Prabhupada wants us to inform the temple presidents about the contents of his Letter to: us.

Elsewhere, on the western front, book distribution is mushrooming as we head into our Christmas season. The Press is working very hard to supply the English book distributors with close to 800,000 hardbound volumes to be published between now and the end of the year. Jai Prabhus, I hope this finds you well and always absorbed in spreading Krishna Consciousness. By your example I am always inspired to work as hard as I can to serve this movement. Haribol!

Your unworthy servant,

Ramesvara dasa Swami

PS The French Bhagavatam cover sets a new standard for BBT. Everyone should order a copy for their display shelves!
